Welcome to 5 Ways to Sunday
You’ve probably heard the saying “six ways to Sunday.” It means every which way, from every angle, thoroughly and completely.
At Five Ways to Sunday, I believe wellness deserves that same kind of approach.
There is no single practice, routine, or path to being well. The “ways” represent a lifestyle of caring for the whole person—and recognizing that what wellness looks like for you may change from day to day and season to season.
The five is symbolic: a nod to the many ways we experience, explore, and care for the whole self. It also holds a special connection to grace, a principle at the heart of both my faith and this practice.
Because the journey doesn’t require getting it right all the time.
Some days you move. Some days you rest. Some days you feel grounded and connected; other days, you don’t.
And you give yourself grace anyway.
Every Sunday is an invitation to begin again.
So whether you’re stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time, looking to move with less pain, calm your nervous system, improve your golf game, or simply create a healthier rhythm for your days, you’re welcome here.
This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about practicing the art of living well—wherever you are, and in whatever season you’re in.
Welcome to Five Ways to Sunday.
Love,
Sara
