We’ve all heard the phrase “six ways to Sunday.” It means looking at something from every angle—leaving no stone unturned.
Health deserves the same approach.
Too often, wellness focuses on just one piece of the puzzle. We chase the perfect workout, the perfect diet, the perfect supplement, or the perfect morning routine, hoping one thing will change everything.
But lasting well-being isn’t built from a single habit.
It’s created when every part of who we are begins working together.
At 5 Ways to Sunday, I believe true wellness is holistic. It honors the body, the breath, the mind, the spirit, and the way each influences the others.
These are the five pillars that guide everything I teach:
Movement
Building strength, mobility, balance, and resilience through intentional movement.
Breath
Using the breath to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and reconnect with the present moment.
Mind
Cultivating awareness, emotional health, curiosity, and a deeper understanding of ourselves.
Spirit
Nurturing purpose, faith, gratitude, and the connection to our Creator.
Integration
Because wellness isn’t what happens during one yoga class—it’s how everything comes together in everyday life.
Five represents the foundation of this work: five interconnected ways of caring for the whole person.
And Sunday represents something deeper.
It’s a day traditionally associated with rest, renewal, worship, reflection, and beginning again. A reminder that health isn’t about constantly striving—it’s also about surrendering, reconnecting, and living with intention.
My hope is that every class, private session, conversation, and practice helps you feel more grounded, more resilient, and more fully yourself.
Not by fixing one piece of your life.
But by approaching wellness from every angle— welcome to Five Ways to Sunday.
